I have read the entire 4 books and thoroughly enjoyed them all. This maybe titled for young adults, but all ages can enjoy. The romance is beautiful and doesn't need "sexy adult overtures" to carry the tale. It is well written and enthralling. I even found myself "sitting on the edge of my seat" in suspense waiting for the hers to pull through tear adversities. Good reading!

I liked that I enjoyed the book, yeah it was for a younger crowd but it was well written and should not be limited to younger readers, enough twists to keep me engaged, more please!
This is the most nerve racking( in a good way) of the whole series. I think I finish this book in 24 hour because I couldn't stop. I loved this series so much and I hope the story continues. I know there was a little detail about Molly that was never explained and hope there will be another book explaining. Thank you for this well written, original, amazing story!
I originally downloaded the first in the series for free but was so involved with the story that I purchased the whole series and was not disappointed!These are a lovely coming of age with a twist.

Wow! Brenda Hiatt keeps the twists and turns coming until the very end. I LOVED this series and was so happy the author was able to keep the same level of tension going throughout, leading to a great ending that I didn't see coming. I was so sorry the series was over, but glad it ended in a way that wasn't a let down. I know this series is one I'll be reading again, and I hope the author gives some of the secondary characters their own stories.
Fantasy with romance geared to Y/A level though any one should enjoy reading the entire series. The main character's life as she knew it is basically turned upside down by this time. She is called upon to act beyond her true age and what she had grown up to believe her life would be. Some might consider this book to be sci-phi also.
Very believable – the first thing I look for in science fiction! The characters are consistent all the way through. They are not brilliant throughout the story and then become idiots at the end, etc. Each one had their strengths that grew as they did. The princess M, in particular, was highly intelligent with common sense. However, her obsession over Rigel was so much that it did become irritating – until I realized that we had a 16 year old girl obsessed over a boy – surprise, surprise! I also realized while reading the series the second time that I actually know someone like M, except for the graell bond. That made the series Soooo much more interesting.
This is one of the best series of books I have ever read and I have read many. I was captivated from the beginning with Starstruck but I was overwhelmed with Starfall, the conclusion to the series. The characters were charming and realistic. Brenda Hiatt portrayed them in such a way that I felt what they were feeling. I was immersed in the story to the point I could hardly put it down. I was sorry to see the series end but the ending was exactly what it should have been. I hope Ms. Hiatt will consider writing another Science Fiction series along the same lines. The story may have been Fiction but it made me believe that it could all be true. A great work of art.
